Working Flow of Licking Salt Block Production Line

1.Grinder and mixing raw material(salt and some microelement)→2.Put into the hopper→3.The material in the hopper is quantitatively added to the feeding frame→4.The feeding cylinder drives the feeding frame to advance, and the material is added into the mold, then the feeding cylinder returns to the recovery position→5.The sub-cylinder drives the piston rod and the punch of the master cylinder to be pressed down quickly→6.When the punch enters the cavity, the master cylinder press down slowly, and the material in the mold is pressed into a high-density brick by high pressure (the demoulding float cylinder is simultaneously lowered to achieve two-way floating suppression)→7.Master cylinder microliter→8.The demolding floating cylinder drives the mold frame to fall, and the brick is removed from the mold→9.Core puller,Sub-cylinder and master cylinder rise→10.The feeding cylinder advances the product and the feeding frame moves to the top of the mold→11.The demoulding cylinder drives the mold frame to form a cavity to complete the feeding, and enters the next cycle program.
