A: Yes, samples available before order and you should pay the freight . If customized samples, you should pay for the samples fee, it will be refund until make order.


Q5: How long will it take for a universal travel adaptor sample with our Logo?
A:  About 3-5 working days after we confirm your logo design.


Q6: How many kinds of packages?
A :  Regular packing is PE bag+ white box,. Some gift box,pouch,blister,zipper case, leather bag or OEM packing available.


Q7: What is your production lead-time?  
A: Trial order less than 500pcs supply stock 3 to 5days after payment;  OEM order 15-20days after payment. 


Q8: Can you open a new mold for us?
A: Yes, we accept new mold injection, design for clients.

A:  18 Months warranty.
