Basic Production Process:                                

Aluminium bar cutting →  Aluminium bar heat treatment →  Aluminium ingot →Hot extruding→Straightening→Heattreatment→Profilescutting→CNC→Surface treatment→Packing → Delivery

Packaging & Delivery:                                        

 

1. Plastic bag or EPE wrapped for each separate profile;

2. 10 or more pieces packed in a paper box;

3. Wooden case or steel rack is available

4. Customized packing is acceptable.

1. Order Steps
1) Drawing(Autocad drawing, 3D format drawing, detailed 2D drawing) checking, if you do not have drawings, please kindly send us your samples.
Surface treatment, color, finished length, quantity and packing requests checking.
2) Quotation
3) If you accept our quotation, please transfer us the tooling costs, we make sample and send you for confirmation.
4) If our sample OK, please transfer us 30% deposit, we make mass production, 70% balance payment paid before shipment with goods photos.
