FEATURES
1.The piston lubricator is designed to feed grease driven by the cam pump to suction and discharge.
2.With 5 separate pump units (5 outlets), number of outlets can be selected upon the customers' demands.
3.With safety valve in each outlet to prevent pressure overload on pump units.
4.The program controller can be built in. Otherwise, can use the external program controller to control the intermittent time and lubrication time of the pump.
5.According to the requirement, can cooperate with DU or DP series to form grease progressive lubrication system.

About system
System description:
1.Including grease progressive lubricator, grease progressive distributor, grease filter and adapters.
2.Pressured oil delivered by pump moves plunger in distributor to run reciprocating motion, which can force to deliver the oil to each lubrication point quantitatively and orderly.
3.Circulating indicator is optional on progressive distributor, which can monitor the operation status of system.
Features:
1.Forced circulation. Each lubrication part oil delivered accurately.
2.Grease progressive distributor MUST output smoothly. Outlet blocked, pipe blocked or lubrication point blocked will result in overloading and stopping run.
3.Can use 2 sets distributors to provide oil in series.
4.Circulating indicator can monitor the status (setting off, pressure loss, blocked, normal etc.) of pipes
System configuration suggestion:
1.Main pipes must be copper pipe or high pressure hose.
2.Each lubrication point and outlet must be corresponding. Otherwise, the distributor can NOT run normally.
Installation and usage suggestion:
1.During the installation, pipes should be smoothly cut.
2.Keep pipes clean inside during the installation and use clean lubricant from regular suppliers to ensure normal operation of lubrication system.
3.Pls oil from the correct hole. Do NOT open the grease chunk to oil from above the reservoir cup.
4.Pay attention to the change of temperature and use appropriate viscosity oil product.
Suitable distributor: DU, DP, DJS, DMU, DLF type grease distributors
Suitable main machine lubricator:
1.Plunger pump type: YGL-T, YGL-G, YGL-GA, YGS-C type grease lubricators
2.Gear pump type: YAG, YAM type grease lubricators (000# grease only)
