One component polyurethane joint sealant is a durable elasticity moisture curing polyurethane polymer based road joint filling material. It is widely applied in filling road joints for the excellent properties and easy application.

Installation Instructions
I Application Points
1. Base surface requirement: dry, clean and non-pollution
2. Application tools: cutting machine, blower, joint filling machine, brush, shovel knife etc.
II Application methods
1. Construction joint cutting: use the cutting machine to cut construction joint according to the designing and Programming, clean the dust and debris in the joint by the tools such as blower, brush and shovel knife. And make joint be dry completely
2. Backer rod installation: slightly install the polyethylene strip backer rod which the size should be larger than the construction joint, depth designed according to the application condition.
3. Application:
sausage
a.Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun
b.Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun
c.Using the trigger extrude the sealant with equal strength
4. Reserve gap: the construction joint will be expanding or contracting with the changing temperature, therefore, after application, the sealant should be installed lower than the concrete surface. 2-3mm in summer, 1-2mm in winter
5. Curing to tack free time, about 6 hours in summer ,12 hours in winter .
III Attention of operation
1. The sealant should be guaranteed in the warranty period before application.
2. This product non-toxic after curing completely, but before curing, please keep it away from eyes and skin. If touch it with eyes and skin, wash immediately and thoroughly with soap and water. If feel uncomfortable, please go to hospital timely.
Transportation:
Protect the products from stamp,rain,high temperature and heat souce;carefully and slightly move and forbid the products to squeeze and crash
