1. What is MOQ?

A: Our Moq is 2000pcs per color  for stainless steel items, 3000pcs per color  for plastic items.

2. Can I get samples?

A: Sure, If you need the samples in your own design, we need to charge for sampling . And the charge can be refunded after your order confirm. Besides the freight charge should be collected in your own Fedex, UPS, or DHL account. 

3. How long is the sample lead time?

A: For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days; If you need your own design, it takes around 2 weeks. Anyway, We will response quickly after getting your design.

4. How long is the production time?

A: About the productcion lead time: for plastic items it is 35-45 days, for stainless steel items it is  50-60days

5. What format of the file do you need if to custom my own design?

A: We need your design in AI file. 

6. How to gurantee the quality of production?

A:  We have over 50 experienced QCs/Qas. And they will check the quality in every production procedure for every several hours, and the goods should be checked before them shipped out. And our quality control based on AQL. 

7. What certificates does your factory have?

A: We get the certificate of ISO9001-2008 and ISO140001-2004;  Our factory passed the Audit of Disney , Sedex and Amway.  For the item,  they can pass RHOS and JIS.

8. What is the payment term you could accept?

A: Our payment term is Bank Transfer(TT), 30% deposit , 70%  balance against B/L copy. Or L/C at sight.
