3BBL Brewhouse System(3-vessel with a hot water tank):
NDL CRAFT experienced team of engineers and brewers work together to design every brewhouse. We meticulously focus on the details, like pump and valve placement, aiming to maximize brewhouse efficiency and ease of use. With a NDL CRAFT Brewhouse you will hit your gravity targets quicker and run up and down the platform less often.
3BBL Fermenting System:
NDL CRAFT professional fermenters are made from stainless steel as it is easy to clean and can be reused almost indefinitely. They all have a valve at the very bottom of the cone which can be used to remove sediment, and also drain the finished beer for bottling or kegging when done. Most also have a second port higher on the cone which can be used to draw samples of beer for measurement or tasting.
Grain Milling system
The barley malt goes into the mill where it is cracked open allowing the sugars to be released from the grain. The cracked grain then travels up the auger and into the hopper where it is then released into mash tun.
Glycol cooling system
1. Capacity: 100L-10000L, and even bigger micro craft stainless steel beer brewing system.
2. Inner-jacket is ( SUS304) 3.0mm, External-jacket ( SUS304) is 2.0mm, dish head ( SUS304) is 3.0mm.
3. Cooling method: Two stage cooling (Glycol water and tap water work cooling), and Single stage cooling (Cold water cooling) 4. Control method: Automatically by PID controller cabinet.
5. Interior finish: Overall polishing to 0.2-0.4um without dead corner.

SDET has the design resources and expertise to produce the beer brewing equipment you will need to start brewing your special recipes in notice.
Before you confirm the order to us, our engineer will make all the drawings to you for free based on your production requirements and building situation, such as tanks technical drawing, building layout drawing. After you confirmed all the drawings, equipment specification list and other details, we will start production.
Installation and Training:
NDL provides complete start-up services on all its craft beer brewing equipment, best of all, the NDL start-up team experienced in quickly getting yourstainless steel 3bbl beer brewing system up and running. NDL experienced trainers are available to provide on-site training.
