AUTOMATIC CARBONATED DRINK MIXER / MIXING TANK
Beverage mixer (carbonated drinks mixer)is used for producing all carbonated beverages (water, syrup, and CO2 mixing), for example lemon, coca cola, fruits juice and so on. It is the main equipment in whole beverage production line. (Especially for middle and higher standard beverage production).

2. Products Structure and Working Procedure
(1) CO2 tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixing device, tank, electrical controlling system, air providing tank, and necessary producing pipe and cleaning pipe including ball valve, magnetism valve, check valve are composed this machine. (See photo 1: main structure)
(2) Main working Procedure
1. Cooling water→multi-grade pump→oxygenating CO2→volume control
2. Cooling syrup→multi-grade pump→syrup tank→volume control (a and b → multi-grade pump→static mixing device→ CO2 air resource→filter and pressure reducing→ tank→filling machine
Characteristics
QHS series drink mixer is designed and made for improving the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide. It adopts foreign advanced technology-static mixer to lighten water layer, increase carbonizing time, assure mixing result and deoxying. It adopts high-quality water pump and SEIMENS electrical equipment and other parts to form complete automatic control system. It has coordinating action, beautiful appearance, convenient washing, high automatic level and other advantages. It is suitable for
mixing all kinds of drink, such as soda water, fruit juice, cola and other soft and hard drink.
In comparison with other domestic equipment of the same kind, it achieves functional completeness, great adaptability, a new structure, nice appearance, and high automation, action coordination, continuing production, good mixing and excellent electric control.
(1)The volume ratio of CO2 and 1L water is 2. 5 to 2. 8.
(2)The pre-cooled and pre-carbonized liquid flows through the inlet valve into the pot, in which, there is carbonic acid gas as well.
(3)The liquid flows out the groove and turns into a liquid curtain for better cooling and good carbonic acid gas absorption. Finally, the treated beverage liquid, powered by the carbonic acid gas pressure, flows into the filling machine. Quality materials are usedfor this machine. Especially polished and sanitary steel is used for parts directly contacting the liquid.

Mixer machine is using injecting gas-water mixer is specially designed for soda and non-soda drinks such as lemonade, cola and juice, as well as for other soft drinks such as mineral water, grape juice, juice wine and apple juice.
