DLD1 series single-chip electromagnetic clutch has only one pair of friction pairs. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, high working frequency, sensitive action, no no no-load moment, low noise and so on. It is widely used in the mechanical transmission of printing, paper making, packaging, medical treatment, textile, machinery, ship, building, instrument communication and other industries to complete the functions of clutch, speed change, direction change and positioning.
The clutch can work reliably under the following conditions: 1. The ambient air temperature is 5 C+40 C. 2. There is no gas or conductive dust that corrodes metals and destroys insulation in a medium without explosion risk. 3. Clutch must work under the condition of lubricating oil. 4. Voltage fluctuation of clutch coil does not exceed rated voltage of + 5% and - 15%. 5. The clutch installation site shall not exceed 200 meters above sea level.
