Q1:How long does it take to make the sample? What about cost?
A1:It depend on the complexity of your items. If mould is available,lead time to make the sample is
about 7-10 days.if need to make customized shape sample time appr 25 days.We need to charge samples and shipping fee at our first cooperation. If you are our old customer, you will get our new designs at first time and for free, your individual request will be considered.
Q2:How to supply the OEM service?
A2:Normally,according to your drawings or original samples,we can supply some technial proposals
then for quotation,after agreement/contact, we produce the samples for you to check before mass production.
Q3:What kind of test for this product?
A3:We can meet Europe and America standard Eco test, we are also willing to assist to do the test if needed.
Q4: What if we don't reach the MOQ?
A 4: If less than normal MOQ 300-500 pcs, we can check our production line, if available for this product then we can consolidate your order into our production to support your first trial order for your market testing
