Semi-aotomatic Fire Wood BBQ Olive Husk Biomass Screw Extruder Briquette Machine 

 

Introduction of briquette machine:

1. Briquette stick making machine takes wood, sawdust, rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell, plant stalk, and other wood materials as feeding materials ( no any additives) to make stick shape briquettes under the condition of high pressure and temperature;

2. The outlet wood briquettes has the features of high density, small volume, which can take place of fuel wood and coal;

3. The common diameter wood briquettes is 50-80mm, and the shape can be square, hexagonal shape and round with a hole in the center.

Materials requirements of briquette machine:

1. The feeding materials of wood briquette machine can be waste wood branch, sawdust, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk and other agriculture materials;

2. The inlet size of raw materials should be 3-5mm. If the raw materials are bigger than 5mm, should crush the raw material firstly;

3. The inlet moisture of raw materials should be 8-12%, otherwise, the outlet wood briquettes are easy broken and have crevice. So before briquetting, the wet materials should be dried.

 

Briquettes from the wood briquette machine:

1.The size: diameter of outlet briquettes can be 50-80mm;

2.The shape: the outlet briquettes of woodbriquette machine can be round, square, hexigonal stick shape;

3. The features: the outlet briquettes are with high density, good appearance, small in size, etc.

 

Main parts of the briquette machine:

1.Forming of tube, special casting steel, inner barrel boron treatment,continuously use for more than 5 months;
2.Heating rings ,with a large factory of welding rod joint development of this special mechanism of carbon electrode welding process simple ,hardness up to more than 75 degrees ,and solved the crack resistance,don’t need preheat and weld directly;
3.Propeller ,advanced design,high speed of producing rod ,high density,high resistance to wear,one welding time can work continuously for more than 60 hours.

 

Production process of wood briquette machine:

The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);

2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;

3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine;

4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive;

5.Carbonized the briquette stick.

Final charcoal briquette after carbonizing:

Packing:

	Single machine will be packaged in one wooden case
	For the whole production line, the machines will be packaged in a container
