About Warranty

3.Q: What’s your warranty period?

A: Our warranty period is 12 months. Customers have to ship back the defective products prepaid by express. After we received the defective goods, will finish the repairing within 7 days and return to you under our cost.

4. Q: What’s your payment term?

A: For the sample order, we can accept Western Union, Wire transfer or Escrow. But for the Batch order, we support Payment term by T/T ( 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment ).

About Sample

5. Q: How can I order a sample?

A: .If you need some samples to test,we can make as per your request .You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and our samples cost,while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.

6 Q: Can you supply free sample?

A: Normally, we only supply free samples to our regular clients. For new clients, we can return the sample fee after bulk order placed.

7. Q: How many days do you cost to prepare the sample?

A:We need 3~4 days for normal samples, 4~6 days or more will if the sample required OEM, and then will be sent via express and arrive in 15days.

8. Q: How about the sample price? 

A: The price of the sample is in accordance with the retail price.

9. Q: Can you do OEM/ODM for customers?  
A: Of course, for the product design and package, our engineer can be design as your request, Any kind of logo printing or design are available.
