Product Overview
ZWKL-3A particle counter is developed using the light shading method (also referred as light blockage method ), and is used to detect the size and number of solid particles in liquid. It can be widely applied to aviation, aerospace, electric power,petroleum, chemistry, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields. Specifically, it tests pollution level of solid particles in oil fluid such as hyd raulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil),steam turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene and water-based hydraulic oil and detects insoluble particles in organic liquid and poly mer solution.

* Provide mini thermal printer;
* Possess a USB interface, so that all test data can be stored in a USB flash disk;
* Possess a standard serial RS232/485 communication port to connect with external computer and complete the transmission, storage and processing of test data;
* May perform automatic continuous online test and set test intervals freely;
* Possess cleaning function, and may automatically clean the residual liquid in the instrument;
* Adopt imported high-intensity injection shell with compact structure, light weight and high portability;
