1, What’s the production capacity of your factory?
For bulk cable: 20x40’HQ per month,
For cable with connectors: 10x40’HQ for cable per month.
For example:
HDTV Cable: 3,000,000mts per month
Network Cable: 9,500,000mts per month
Coax Cable: 2,000,000mts per month
2, How many workers in your factory?
We own 3 factories, the headquarter in Foshan has 53 workers, the branch in Jiexi has 30 workers, and the other branch in Jiexi
has 20 workers.
3, How do you assure your product quality?
Our QC team tests our every single cable before delivery, if they fail the test, they will not be delivered to you. Plus, during
these years, we’ve obtained certifications as following:
ISO900
CE (HDMI, patch cable, network cable, coaxial cable, telephone cable, etc)
RoHS
Fluke Test Passed for Cta5e, CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7
BV cert. for inspection on our factory
4, What’s the MOQ?
For network cable, coaxial cable, and other bulk cable, is 50,000mts for each specification.
For HDTV cable, VGA, and other cable with connectors, is 1000pcs for each model.
5, Can I have your sample before I place order?
Of course you can. You only need to pay for the freight, and we will arrange sample package for you. When our first order is
confirmed, we will return you the freight cost in our first order.
6, What’s the trade term?
We follow trade term of EXW GUANGZHOU USD or FOB GUANGZHOU USD or FOB SHENZHEN USD according to different order amount.
7, What’s the delivery time for mass production?
Usually 15-20 days after deposit is received in our bank account.
8, What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, 30% as deposit, 70% balance before delivery. Or irrevocable B/L.
9, Can you make OEM? What about packing box?
Yes, we can.
Once your order quantity reaches to the packing MOQ, we can make your brand or your logo on the bag, or the color box or even the
carton.
If you already have design, just send it to us. If not, we have professional designers to make customized box design for you.
