Product Description
Light weight putty is two components putty with BPO hardener. It is suitable for many kinds of metal substrates. The application space of light putty is much bigger than the common putty. It has good adhesion for galvanized sheet, and it is fast drying, easy sanding, etc.
Suitable substrates: fiberglass, iron panel, steel plate, aluminium plate, galvanized sheet and surface of primers.

Specific gravity: 1.0
Color: white and yellow.
Flexility: ≤100mm
Shock resistance:≥10kg.cm
Time for dry sanding: ≤30 minutes @25℃
Drying time: 5 minutes @20℃ (The drying time can be adjusted according to request of customers)
Application process:
1. Please remove the oil stain, rust, old paint film, water on the surface of substrate, and keep the surface dry and clean.
2. Mix ratio:
Light weight putty: 100 parts
Hardener: 1.5-3 parts
Mix the putty with hardener according to the mix ratio and then please apply the mixed putty within 2 to 4 minutes.
3. Apply the mixed putty on the sanded surface. If you need to apply thick layer putty, please apply several thin layers in order to reach the thickness.
4. Dry sanding can be done after the putty dries completely. Before spray the paint, please make sure the putty has dried completely.
