The biological filler is a novel microbial carrier, which is scientifically formulated and modified by a special process. Good raw material
High quality 100% virgin HDPE, which can be soaking in wastewater for a long time and good quality material will not degrade and will not be toxic to microorganisms.
HDPE's density is lighter than water, so initially the MBBR will float on the surface, small aeration or agitation can make the product flow. And this material has strong weather fastness and impact resistance.
Special structure
The specially designed geometric configuration has a huge effective specific surface area, which provides support for a large number of microbial attachment growth, and provides space for the growth of various microorganisms and nitrifying bacteria, EM bacteria, filamentous bacteria and other beneficial bacteria. The biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal has laid a solid foundation. Advanced surface treatment technology is more conducive to the attachment and growth of microorganisms, providing a strong guarantee for the filtration and circulation of fish pond water.
HUISEN MBBR is applied to the treatment of petrochemical, textile printing, papermaking sewage, industrial sewage, domestic sewage, and is used in aerobic tanks, different stages of sewage treatment processes such as anaerobic tank, anoxic tank and sedimentation tank.
