FAQ
Q1. Can I have some samples' order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order for testing and checking the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable as well.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: For the sample order, it typically takes 3-5 business days;
For batch order, it usually needs 3-5 weeks depending on the customization service and product quantity;
And for ODM products, it depends on the complexity of the products, individual cases vary;
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: We do not have specific MOQ request for all of the products. Project samples are all acceptable.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order ?
A: For RTS (Ready To Ship) products, you can place orders directly on Alibaba.
For other products, regular process: Communication> Quotation> Issue PI> T/T deposit> Arranged Production;
Q6. Is it okay to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 months - 3yrs warranty to different products.
Q8: How to deal with defective products?
A: Firstly, we are very confident in the quality of our products because all of them are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, as long as the products are in the guarantee period, we will send the replacement to you by air/ sea depending on the urgency of your project and will cover the freight as well.
Q9: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, the products are 100% tested before delivery.
Q10: What is your terms of payment?
A: Regularly, Amount<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Amount>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70%balance before shipment.
