1 How to pay express charges if order samples?

• A : For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or paypal. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

   

  2. Can I have my logo or private label to be sewn on your products or the packages? 

  A: Sure. Just send us the artwork. We also accept order according to the sample or manuscript you send us.

   

  3. What about the MOQ?

  A: The MOQ is 300 per design. In consideration of new business starter, small order is OK if we can do it. Many new brands choice to work with us in the beginning and we are very happy to watch them grow up.

   

  4. What are your manufacturing and shipping time?

  A:About 10-15 working days after confirm the details.

   

  5. How could you ensure the product's quality ?

  A: We have own professional QC department to control it . Superior quality always is our purpose
