Our factory total land area is 53,961.26 square meters(about 80.9 mu). The company is located at the foot of the world-famous huangshan scenic area. In order to improve the core competitiveness of the company, in response to the global low carbon environmental protection policy, in order to build a new internet +smart factory, the hardware stamping process of our company is basically completed by robot automation from blanking, stamping and stretching, and the workshop is mainly automated. The company has a stamping workshop(9 oil presses, 17 presses, 13 machine hands, 5 bending machines), grid welding workshop(20 welding equipment), enamel workshop(1 electrostatic power enamel line), painting workshop(1 painting line) and packaging workshop(2 packaging assembly line), we have automatic stamping production line, automatic electrostatic power enamel production line, automatic spraying production line, automatic packaging production line and sewage treatment system, company internal EIP system management and passed ISO9001, ISO14000 system certification.
Our company produced 1 million barbecue ovens in the 2018 season, with an annual output value of about 120 million yuan. In the next five years, the company plans to mainly develop domestic and foreign barbecue stoves and kitchen appliances and open the Chinese sales market, increasing the annual output value to 500 million yuan.
