1. Q: How about the packing?
A: 1). The general packing is 1pc/pp bag+brown export carton. 2). Mail order packing is 1pc/pp bubble bag+side foam+brown export carton. 3). Color box packing is 1pc/pp bag+color gift box;
2. Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our MOQ is always a 20'ft container. But for trial orders, we also accept 100-200 pcs for each model.
3. Q: When is the lead time?
A: Normally, Our lead time is 20-30 days for the first order;15-20 days for repeat orders on receipt of deposit.
4. Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, we offer free samples! but you need pay the sample charge in advance, we will return them to you when ordering, the charge depends on the products
5. Q: How about the sample time and transportation?
A: Sample Time: Based on the client's request, samples making need 7-10 days after getting sample charges. Once the sample making has finished, we'll send off it to you immediately. Transportation: Samples can be sent by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMS etc. according to the client's request
6. Q: What is the working temperature?
A: After 5 minutes of warm-up time, the surface temperature will reach 45~55 degree, and it will keep the temperature between 65~70 degree after placing clothing items.
7. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: We promise to provide up to 1-year warranty of quality assurance.
