A: We are manufacturer and have our own professional R&D team.
 

Q: How long for the delivery time?

A: Generally it takes 3 - 5 days for the one sample order. It takes 15 - 20 days with 50 -  100pcs, 1 month with 1GP for our basic style if the goods are not in stock. OEM or ODM is negotiable.
 

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we can offer the samples for your further confirmation. You need to pay the samples fee and shipping fee. But we promise to deduct the sample fee if we make an agreement of mass production later.
 

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: You can send payment per Paypal for small amount and T/T wire transfer for big amount.
B: T/T with 30% deposit, the balance against the copy of B/L for the big order or OEM or ODM.
C: Western Union if it is available.
D: L/C or other assured payment.
