1. Can I get a sample ?
A: Yes! Free samples for our normal products. But shipping cost is on your side.

Customized samples need sample fee based on the sample cost.

2. Can I choose Pantone color on the product?

    A: Yes,you can choose Pantone color on your products if there is no color on our color chart that you need.

3. Can I make my own shape designs?

A: Yes,OEM is welcome. We only chaoose $30 for open a new mould. 

4.What about the lead time for mass production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. For 30000 pcs of small balls,always take 30 days

5. Where's the port of loading?

A: Port of Loading: Xiamen, China. 

If you need us to load goods in other seaport, we will try to help, but you may need to pay the extra delivering cost.
