1. What payment terms can you accept? A: We accept T/T(Bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, Alibaba Payment etc.
2. What's the lead time for samples & bulk orders? A: Samples — 2-3 working days after payment confirmed. OEM rders — 15-20 working days after deposit confirmed.
3. How do you ship the goods to us? A: For sampels shipment we usually use international express like: DHL, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. For bulk orders, usually ship by air or by sea.
