1.What's your MOQ? Can you accept small orders?
-a: For existing models, we can accept 300 pieces, mixed colors, or more.

-b: For casting new models, the MOQ is 500 pieces or more, mixed colors.

 2.Could I get some samples before placing an order?

Yes, we can send you free samples or make you customized sample for you to test quality and check the style.Pls contact us for details.

3.What about your products' quality?
a. We have professional QC staff to check every watch condition before shipping.

They will pick the defective watches out,and our factory will repair it before sending you watches.

b.If you need CE and RoHS Certificates, we will make your watches as requested in CE and RoHS,and ask SGS to do the test for you.

c. You can ask the third party to check the quality before shipping.

4.Are your watches waterproof?
For the common alloy watches, we can make it proof for raindrops, water splashes, sweat, etc, but you can't wear it to take a shower,swim or dive.

For stainless steel watches, the structure is more precise and sophisticated, we can make it 5ATM or 10ATM.

5. Could I do my own logo/build my own brand?
Our professional designer will help with your own personalized watch design. Your logo can be on the watch face, case, crown, caseback, strap/belt, buckle/clasp etc as the picture above shows.

6. You are a factory or a trading company?
We are a watch manufacturer with 10 years experience. We'd like to make a good cooperation with distributors, retailers, resellers, online sellers, middle agents, brokers, trading company etc.

7. What's your payment way? 

Generally it's TT(telegraphic Transfer), Western Union now.

30% deposit and 70% Balance before shipping.

If you'd like to pay in other way, we can negotiate about it.

8.How do you arrange delivery?
a. If you have your agent in Shenzhen, China, we can delivery to your agent.

b.  directly to you, After you paid us the shipping cost and Balance

c.  If you have your own delivery account, We will prepare all of files for shipping and call up your Forwarder.
