LLDH Single concial screw vacuum dryer

 

 

Applications:

       Taper ribbon blender widely used for powder, partilce raw material, it can also suit for mixing and stirring slurry, viscous raw material, it can equip the spraying system, it can be designed the vacuum state, under the pressure state, heating or cooling requirements as you requested. It meets requirements for mixing and stirring different kind raw material.

 

Main functions:

       . Intensive mixing

         It can make the raw material to do upward movement which near to the vessel, while the middle raw material do the downward movement.

       .Soft mixing

        It can mixing the flow raw material softt and completely, for large quantity raw material, it can be mixed in short time.

        It reach high requirements on mixing uniformity

        It can emptying all kind raw material almostly.

 

Features:

       .Cantilever shaft structure, bearing end without contact with the raw material.

       .There is a lttle space between the agitator blade and vessel to prevent sticking and blocking.

       .Standard agitator drive box can ensure operation stable and low cost of maintentance.

It adopts the suitable shaft seal structure for each one, when the shaft seal left the package, it can ensure the standard agitator sealing is good after testing the clear mixers.

      .It meets the GMP requirements-special type-geometrical shape-O type circle, high qualtiy for the surface treatment and clean the dead corner.

 

Option menu:

     . It can be designed the vacuum or pressure operation

     . It can equip the cooling or heating jacket.

     . Upper cover can be designed head structure as customer request.

     . Discharge valve: ball valve, butterfly valve, gate valve etc

     . It can equip the spraying device

     . It can add chopped device, it can cut up any size of the polymer, it meets the technolgical requirements.

 

Technological conditions:

     . It satisfied with the GMP and FDA requirements

     . It meets the vacuum, positive pressure or high temperature condition, when under the vaccum or pressure condition, it can pressurize

     . It can vacuum feeding and advoid some fine powder in the air.

     . It can be heated pr cooled during the process of mixing.

     . It can equip the CIP Online rotary cleaning spray ball which used for cleaning up the device.
