A : Usually, we make free samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new design men underwear, you will afford the design charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.
Q : How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A : You can use your DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. For those customers who do not have an courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or paypal. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q : How to pay sample charges?
A : You can pay to our company account or paypal. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days .
Q: Can we order the Quantity lower than your MOQ?
A: Yes, but we have to ask for surcharge to make it up to raw material suppliers.
Q: Can you provide OEM service?
