A: 110-120V 60Hz or 220-240V 50Hz, Please notice us what's volt do you need.

Q2: What's plug do you have ?

A: We have EU ,US ,AU,UK Plug ,But the price is different .If you need different plug ,please let me know .

Q3:What's temperature for your soldering iron?

A:Normaly wood burning pen 450 °C for 30W , We also could do 170-220 °C for specail working .

Q4: Can you support ODM?

A: Yes,welcome to send your sample ,we could develop product and make it better .

Q5: Can you support OEM?

A: Yes,We could print it as our customers .Just need add some fee and MOQ.

Q6. What is your terms of packing? Do you accept OEM?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral color boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered           patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q7. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages           before you pay the balance.

Q8. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q9. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 18 to 22 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time           depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q10. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q11. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost       and the courier cost.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
