Product Overview
Description
The support base is a bearing mount for connecting the screw and the motor. It is a finished product of the standard ball screw shaft. The standard support unit EK and EF are prepared. The standard support units BK and BF are prepared for the general ball screw. The fixed side support unit is equipped with a pre-stressed JIS Class 5 angular contact ball bearing. In particular, in the ultra-small type of EK6 and 8, the ultra-compact angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 45° developed for the ultra-small ball screw can achieve high rigidity and high-precision stable rotation performance. The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearings. The inner bearing of the support unit EK, BK type is filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap-based grease, sealed with a special sealing gasket, and can be directly installed and used for a long time.
