COMPASS is a professional company focus on R&D and manufacturing of automotive components. The main product is regarding to Chassis-System, such as Control Arm, Brake Master Cylinder, Brake Wheel Cylinder, Clutch Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave Cylinder, etc.
COMPASS possess a specialized R&D team be consist of 50 people. The R&D process stricktly follow APQP and requirements by globalized OEMs, to divide the whole process into multiple steps, such as customer requirements phase, sample confirmation phase, design validation phase, tooling development phase, pilot phase, PPAP phase and series production phase. At the meanwhile, the quality gate review will be involved to guarantee the whole process be under control.
COMPASS also possess advanced test equipment and production facility. The steady process capacity to guarantee the products' consistency and reliability. The internal FPY(Firs-Pass-Yield) is more than 95% and the FPY to delivery is 100%, that make COMPASS enjoy a very good reputation for High-Quality.
