1. Are you factory ? 

Yes, we are. Abrasive brushes are only one subdivided sort of grinding tools, only factory can manage and live by one kind of products. You can find that over 90% of posted products are abrasive brushes. Our plant area is about 3000 square meters,daily production volume is about 400 cartons, we have lots of advanced production equipment and special formula which make sure the quality is good.

2. What kind of slabs the abrasive brushes polish ?

Frankfurt abrasive brushes are mainly used for marble, fickert abrasive brushes are for granite, artificial quartz and tiles slabs (these two are mainly installed on automatic polishing lines in plant). Round shape abrasive brushes are usually installed on portable polisher for grinding small slabs or refreshing the floor.

3. When did you start producing these brushes ? 

We’ve been producing since 2009 because Foshan city is home of Tiles in China and the nearby city Yunfu is home of marbles, so grinding brushes are in huge demand. We have very good relationship with many domestic companies and rich experience of serving cases. We started exporting about 3 years ago, the major exported countries are Italy, USA, India, Pakistan, Turkey,Brazil, South Africa, Greece,Bangladesh,etc.

5. What's the delivery time ?

 If more than 1000 cartons(usually 24pcs or 36pcs per carton), production time normally is 7-10 days except New Year Holiday or pretty busy peak season.

6. I like one-stop buy,  your stores don't have other tools I want, how should i do ?

 You can always trust Chinese logistic capacity, we can deliver and dispatch to any cities in domestic within 3 days the longest meanwhile delivery fee won’t be expensive. Besides many suppliers are happy to help clients for their convenience.  You just need to schedule enough time for production and transport, then you can make it happen.

7. Can I talk to your boss directly ? 

Yes, of course. If clients are desire to communicate with boss directly , the salesmen are happy to forward that request. At the same time, you must understand that boss' time is always been occupied with lots of things like production craft & machine issues & raw materials etc if you're in the same role now. So if unnecessary, trust the salesmen who serve you now, they're desire to facilitate the order and are willing to help apply the best prices and benefit for you.

8. What's the MOQ ? 

Actually there’s no MOQ for us except customized order. For example frankfurt and fickert shape abrasive brushes, one grinding head in polishing machines requires 6 pieces brushes, so we will suggest at least getting one completed set to test.

9. Why your price is different from others ?

 Every companies market position & formula and manage cost are different, so price usually won't be the same. Cheaper price is not equal to less cost, reaching the expected effect meanwhile more longer life time is the cheapest . And the competition is so intense and prices are so transparent, usually there will not be high price.
