A: The guarantee period would be 12 months counting from the date when you receive them and our company watches movement are original imported from Japan.and we have strict quality control department who will 100% check every pc goods before shipment ,we make sure all the goods which we sent to customers are in good condition. when customers receive the defective goods,please tell us and show us the detail proof within 10 days, if  not large quantity, we could give you new free ones to replacement in our next order or reback the money,  if many problem, we support  to send them back, we resposible for repairing them (  we pay the shipping fee from China to your country).
