The machine adopts the principle of piston filling. After the empty tinplate can or glass bottle sent to the filling position, the compressed air will enter into the cylinder after passing through the pneumatic triplex parts to turn on the filling valve. Under the action of the cam, the piston will move downwards in the piston cylinder to carry out filling. After filled, the filling valve will be automatically closed under the action of cylinder. The piston will carry out material suction.
The material cylinder is made of high quality stainless steel, and equipped with various automatic control designs, such as the material blending system, three-point liquid level control, and filling if there is any can.
The main electric components include PLC, frequency converter and proximity switch of Japan Mitsubishi, analog output module of Germany Siemens and solenoid valve of South Korea, all of which are designed into the most reasonable configuration by our experienced electric engineers. The overall production speed can be set freely on the touch screen according to requirements. All common malfunctions will send out alarms automatically, malfunction causes and positions will be given correspondingly. Accordingly to different malfunction levels, the PLC will automatically determine if the operation shall continue or the machine shall be stopped.
It is suitable for filling various sauces (such as ketchup, pepper sauce, fruit jam)viscous materials, beverages of high strength and containing pulps or granules, and even rationed pure liquids.
