4. Vacuum mixer

When the machine is running automatically, the mix, forward rotation, reverse rotation, and pause can be set by yourself.

5. Hydraulic sausage filler

The sausage filling machine can process large, medium and small sausage products of various specifications.

6. Sausage knot tying machine

The length of the sausage can be adjusted freely.

7. Smoke furnace

The machine has the functions of cooking, drying, baking, smoking, and exhausting.

8. Vacuum packaging machine

Parameters of Sausage Production Line

Q: Is your raw material frozen meat or fresh meat? Is it pork or chicken? what is the meat shape? do you want fine or thick meat?

A: In general we use frozen meat. There are 3 types meat Beef, pork and chicken. Max thickness is 8mm.

Q: What is the capacity do you need?

A: 300 kg/h is enough. We also have different capacity machine for you to choose.

Q: Is the intestine is a plastic casing or an animal casing or a protein casing?

A: We will use plastic and protein casting.

Q: Does the intestine need to be knotted or tied or punched, do you need to smoke?

A: Yes, we need stuffing function. Also, need smoking chamber.

Q: How do I know about the details and quality of your machine?

A: First, we have product brochures covering all details including parameter, material, output, etc. of most of our production lines; secondly, we can provide you with videos filmed on-site with details about the working process and how mechanical parts work during operation; at last, you are warmly welcomed for on-site inspection at our factories.

Q: How long will the transportation take?

A: Depending on your quantity, for goods we have in stock. Delivery takes few days to comply with your request to replace the plug or other configurations. For regular order, by ocean shipping takes 20-40 days. For small machines, express delivery for 3-8 days.  

We can deliver the goods to you by sea, by air, by express or by land transportation. We will try my best to make you get the goods faster and safe.
