Q: How long is your products quality warranty?

A: We provide one year factory quality warranty

Q: Would you cost down further if customer demand more

A: If MOQ over 1000 pieces, we will consider cost down further based on negotiation with our customer

Q: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

A: 5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation. We support Alibaba RTS(Ready to ship), it means we send out cargo in very short lead time for some quantity by international express.

Q: How do you protect customer payment?

A: We support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect customer payment based on product quality, on time delivery, so don’t need worry about it.

Q: How about the quality of your products?

A: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our products quality. Before actual shipment, our QC member will inspect the product strictly. 

Q: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment. 

Q: Is free sample available? 

A: Customer should buy sample from us, after receiving sample payment, we will send out sample ASAP by international express.

Q: Do you make customized products based on our design?

A: Yes, of course, we are professional OEM manufacturer with experienced engineering team to produce customized product based on customer's design. For sample charge and tooling charge, it can be refundable to customer when batch order confirm
