Q: How many days to ship the order after the payment?
A: Our factory ship the order within 2~3 days for the stock items, 2~3 weeks for OEM order, and 3~5 weeks for ODM order.
Q: What is the MOQ in your factory?
A: Our motherboard MOQ is 1 piece for stock item, sample order is acceptable.
Q: What kind package of the main board?
A: We typically work in bulk package, but if you need retail packing, it's no problem, please tell us before place order.
Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: Yes, sample order is welcome. but customers need to pay sample first, we will deduct this cost from your next regular order.
Q: Can you do OEM/ODM order?
A: Yes, We provide OEM/ODM service, according to the customer's requirement.
Q: Does your factory approved Quality Control?
A: Yes, our factory was approved Quality Control, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004. We have our own RD, QC, QA department, Our QC check each [ at each production process before shipping, ensure they are 100% perfect.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept payment terms: Bank Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, and PayPal for small order.
Q: How is your warranty terms?
A: We provide 1 Year warranty for our motherboard products and 18 months for Memory products, from the date of purchase, and will provide 0.5% spare parts for repairs. In case of out warranty and man-made damage, we provide free repair service, but you have to pay the shipping fee and parts.
