X52 line pipe manufacturing process
1. Ring furnace heating control
Raw material placing angle: 2.8 ° C.Temperature control: Preheating section: 650-750 °C, preheating a section of 950-1080 °C, heating a section of 1100-1200 °C, heating two sections of 1200-1250 °C, heating three sections of 1260-1280 °C, soaking section of 1270-130 °C , the second section of the soaking heat 1270-1310 ° C (normal production control according to the upper limit).
2. Punch control
When adjusting the hole type, the top front reduction rate is ≤5%, the rolling speed is ≤0.7M/s, and the capillary temperature is controlled at 1200-1220°C.
3. Rolling mill control:
Rolling speed ≤0.35M/S, high pressure water is opened in the background, the head and tail of the waste pipe should be sprayed,but not black, the temperature of the waste pipe is controlled at 1000-1100 °C.
4. Small cold bed: open high pressure water jacket and fan to strengthen the steel pipe here.
5. Sizing machine control:
Use medium and thick wall pipe rolling speed, sizing inlet temperature ≤ 850 ° C, outlet temperature ≤ 750 ° C, high pressure water for cooling in the background
6. Thermal sampling control:
One of the open rolling heads is sampled, one for each of the head and tail samples, and the wall thickness, outer diameter and length of the steel pipe are carefully measured, and the rolling mill and the sizing machine are adjusted according to the measurement results, and all the geometrical dimensions of the steel pipe are satisfied. Process requirements for continuous production. Each batch must be sampled and checked in the class.
7. Cooling bed control
Inter-branched fabric: Select fast-forward mode. In this group batch, the batch batch mode should not exceed 200 packs/batch after cutting.
8. Straightening machine control
Carefully adjust the straightening machine to ensure that the bending is acceptable. Be careful not to cause the steel pipe to have concave and scratch defects.
