3. Do you keep storage?

4. Can you customize? If so, what’s your minimum order QTY? Is there a discount for big orders/

Yes, bags can be customized, pls offer the bag parameter for further discussion! Min QTY 500PCS for tubular bags, 300pcs for U type bags. Contact for special bags of Type B/C/D. For order larger than 2*40HQ container, contact for the discount price.

5. What’s your regulation about samples?

We can provide samples charge free! Courier charges as well as for template should be paid by new customers.

6. What’s the delivery time?

30 days for 20GP; 45 days for 40 HQ; communicate with us for urgent or small orders, usually in 10~30 days!

7. What’s your guarantee for quality? What your dealing method for defects?
