2. )For led small bulb,
Step 1: Connect the power and test one normal bulb, show us;
Step 2: Test the defective bulbs and show us the problem;
Step 3: Send us the video(or send upload it to the Youtube, send us the link)
We will replace new led to you in next order

Q. What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in our neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded
boxes after getting your authorization letters.
For Led small bulb,
Usually, we pack our led small bulb in anti-static bag for free. Neutral box or OEM box is also available. Welcome to contact us
if you like to make your OEM box.
