According to ISO 17357-2014 standard, the production witn mould, integrated forming technology and removable flange material stain steel 316, it meets the requirements of transportation and easy maintenance. Equipped with safety valve with diameter from Dia 2.5 m to Dia 4.5 m. Yokohama floating Marine boat pneumatic rubber fender was based on rubber technology for automotive tires and rubber aircraft fuel tanks. The main part of our fenders are made up of outer rubber, card layers, inner rubber and flange opening, therefore they can resist ultraviolet radiation and seawater corrosion with high hardness, high toughness and long life. The cord laryers we produced are using polyamide fibre, 3 ply which can extend the fender’s life.
