1)Can you make amusement equipment if I have own design?
A: Yes. we accept custom-made goods for you.We also have design department,will try our best to meet your requirements.
2)Will the outdoor amusement equipment fade?
A: The main material isfiberglass,thickness we use is 5mm,it keeps well though under the strong sunlight or the rains.
3)How long is the warranty time for the amusement equipment?
A: Warranty time: 12 months. Warrant conditions see below:
If any quality problems (except man made problems and under abnormal use) happen during warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories, color fading and damage of the iron parts etc.The buyer should inform the seller within 14 days after finding the quality problems.And the buyer should provide the same quality and new accessories free within 30 days.
4)Do you have any certificate for the amusement equipment?
A: Yes, we have CE, TUV, SASO and ISO certificate.
5)Could we install the outdoor amusement equipment ourselves?
A: Yes, many customers installed it themselves.We will provide professional detailed installation pictures and videos to you asap after receive the goods.If required,will arrange engineers and workers to help you at site.
