Tips for the meat slicing machine
1. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put the hand near the blade edge to avoid injury.
2. frozen meat, the freezing temperature is generally -4 degrees to 3 degrees, usually with a fingernail gently press center of frozen meat will feel soft feeling. If the temperature is too low, the meat is too hard. Wait meat to thaw properly; the meat must not contain bones.
