The machine bed and the foot of the bed are integrated, which greatly improves the rigidity of the machine. 2.Headstock: integral spindle unit, variable frequency control spindle motor, full stepless speed regulation. The spindle is lubricated and cooled by an electric lubrication pump. The Headstock has high rigidity and long service life. A three-jaw manual chuck is provided on the front end of the spindle. 3.Two-axis feed: Both X and Z axes adopt high-precision ball screw direct drive and screw double support structure, which adopts precision ball screw bearing positioning and support; Z-axis screw nut hanger is an integral casting structure. 4.Tool:This machine is equipped with 192X192 vertical four-station electric tool holder.
