A:Yes, we’re a 5,000 square meters factory with more than 150 workers. our factory location is in Huadou District Guangzhou and Dongguan City,Guangdong Province.
2.Do you have the items in stock?
A: 95% of our products are in stock.
3. How can I visit your factory ?
A:Tell us before you come to guangzhou ,we have an office and wholesale store in Baiyun District,Guangzhou .It's about 30mins from the airport to our factory .
4:Could you please tell me your payment terms?
A:Trade Assurance and TT,LC;30% deposit ,balance before shipping.
5:What's your delivery time ?
A:Within 3days to the wholesale order.
Delivery time of OEM and ODM is 7-15days after the sample is confirmed.
6:How can i get a sample with my logo? Can I add my logo on the motorcycle parts?
A:Please send us the design documents of logo,sample and logo cost will be paid by you.
Sample cost will be returned after bulk order .And yes,custom logo as for your requirement.
7:How long does it take until we can get your samples including shipping?
A: 3-7days after sample cost is received .
8:Can we pay using Paypal for samples. Does it cost extra? Or what would be prefered pay methods?
A:Yes,we accept PayPal for samples ,it will pay more 5% services charge.We suggest to use the Alibaba trade assurance .you can pay by credit card ,and the service change is 2%.
