1. How could I get samples? 
 We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment. If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.

2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples? 
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples.

3.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package? 
Yes. Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products. The minimum quantity for print your logo is 500 units in your order. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 500 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

4. How to place an order? 
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price Delivery time required.

5. What's your usual payment term for orders? 
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. For sample orders,PayPal is recommend to pay us. We don't accept payment by credit card.

6. How can the products be sent to us? 
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier. 
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. 
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. 
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

7. Can you arrange the transportation for us ? 
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

8. What's the warranty of your products? 
12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.

9. How can we become your sole distributor ? 
If you can guarantee the sales volume between 50pcs to 70 pcs per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than 200 pcs per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10. Do you accept OEM projects or Customized designs? 
Yes, OEM projects or Customized designs are welcome.

11. How can we get your monthly new products announcement? 
Please contact with your sales for the new products catalogue.
