It uses a technology based on selective dynamics of light and heat.

The laser light is absorbed by the melanin in hair follicles and converted into heat increasing the hair follicle temperature which raises high enough to irreversibly damage the hair follicle structure.

The hair will disappear after a natural follicles physiological process and achieve the purpose of permanent hair removal.

The laser energy is selectively absorbed by the hair follicle, so the surrounding tissue will not be overheated and no lasting damage.
