Mach 3

Mach 3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC's to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available.

1.5kw High Frequency Collet Spindle

The ABT-6090 machine comes standard with a 1.5kw high frequency collect spindle. These precision spindles require no maintenance, use industry standard ER collets, fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with vacuum hood / hose support system and wrenches.

The function of frequency converter is to adjust the power of the motor and realize the variable speed operation of the motor so as to save electricity.
At the same time, the function of frequency converter can reduce the voltage fluctuation of power line, because the voltage drop will lead to fault tripping or abnormal operation of voltage sensitive equipment in the same power supply network.
