Slub casing: The sleeve used for fixing the plates effectively increases the fixed area with the plates, which makes the platesmore stable, the spacing between the plates uniform, and it is not easy to fire. Material selection is aluminium alloy 6 series, which is manufactured by numerical control. The whole casing has higher corrosion resistance, higher conductivity and better ionization effect.
High voltage insulating ceramics: The safety factor of triangular insulating ceramics is stable and the electric field adsorption area is increased effectively. Isolated power supply, high temperature and high pressure resistance, help to prevent and eliminate arc, prevent oil pollution deposited on the surface of insulation layer.
Stainless steel ionizer
The charged particles are adsorbed on the electrode plate, and the oil droplets are collected and flow into the recovery tank along the smooth surface of the electrode plate. The aluminum alloy material is durable and the distance between the plates is 7mm. Using stainless steel zigzag ionizer instead of traditional tungsten wire, tungsten wire is easy to break, maintenance and replacement is frequent, and the structure of stainless steel ionizer is firm. Repeated cleaning is not easy to corrode, effectively increasing the service life of the electric field.
