Main features
DYC01 base-coating machine is suitable for coating the outer surface of tubes or any round surface.
The coating machine applies a base for receiving prints. , Germ tubes drop into “V” slot and then are pushed over with printing mandrel by the movement of push rod. The mandrel with tube is rotated with the help of flat belts over the mandrel pulley, the turn table turns to the application stage, where the specified base is applied with the help of spinning rubber roller. Then the base-coating turntable takes the mandrel and tubes to the unloading manipulator. The manipulator takes tubes away from the mandrel and sends them to the transmitting chain and subsequently into the drying oven.
A. It adopts SIEMENS PLC and Pro-face color touch screen to realize intelligent operations.
B. Main units like mandrel plate and cam are processed by CNC equipment, which ensures operation and rotation accuracy of the mandrel.
C. Manipulator takes tubes up and down automatically. The machine has self-inspection system. If tubes are not well inserted into mandrels, the machine will stop working. No tubes no printing prevents the empty mandrel from getting coated.
D. Pneumatically operated automatic mandrel change system reduces change over time drastically
E. Most pneumatics are FESTO units, and bearings are of NTN or NSK.
