The magnetic gear pump is a kind of volumetric gear pump, which can realize the non-contact moment transmission through the magnetic drive and replace the dynamic seal with the static seal, so as to make the pump completely leak-free. Magnetic gear pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, national defense and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for conveying inflammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids and various corrosive liquids.

The magnetic gear pump is mainly composed of gear pump head, magnetic drive, motor, connecting bottom plate and other parts. The magnetic drive consists of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic material, and drive the internal magnetic rotor connected with the driving gear to rotate synchronously, thus transforming the leaky dynamic seal structure into a zero-leakage static seal structure.
1. Pump shaft is changed from dynamic seal to closed static seal, which completely avoids medium leakage.
2. No independent lubrication and cooling water are needed to reduce energy consumption.
3. From coupling drive to synchronous drive, there is no contact and friction. It has low power consumption, high efficiency and damping effect, which reduces the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the impact of pump cavitation vibration on the motor.
4. When overload occurs, the internal and external magnetic rotors slip off relatively, which can protect the motor and pump.
