Description
1.General Description
"One-to-More" Separate hopper loaders are designed and developed on the basis of original separate-vacuum Hopper Loaders. They feature more functions, easy to operate, and convenient to install. This model, equipped with a high pressure blower and more hoppers, is applicable to more dehumidifying and drying machines (dehumidifying dryer "CDD" or one gravimetric blenders "CGB" to process plastic materials. Besides that , it can also realize the one-to-more way of conveying materials to different moulding machines or hoppers to greatly lower the cost.
1.1 Features
l "One-to-More" hopper loader can greatly lower the cost.
l The dust collection chamber features a cyclone separator and a dust collective bin to effectively reduce the load of the filter.
l Separate hopper receivers are designed in classy standard style, made by stainless steel, and bringing no contamination to materials.
l One-piece PLC controller, the operation is simple, reliable performance.
l Motor protection device.
l Standard audible and visual alarm device configuration.
l When conveying materials of tiny impurity is more, or contain recycling materials, host optional store pressure tank automatic cleaning device.

2.1 Working Principle
